Mrs./ Ashnadelle Mohamed Amin Hilmy II "Secretary General of Egypt's Society for Culture and Development "ESCD", as a representative of the organization received the contract for "your chance is in your hand" agreement to train youth from Mrs./ Soha Soliman, Secretary General of the Social Fund for Development on Thursday 17/11/2016 at Misr Public Library Zawia Hamra Branch. 

The ceremonial delivery were attended by Admiral/ Mohamed Ayman (Cairo Deputy Governor), Mr./ Medhat Masood (Head of the Central Sector for Community and Human Development, Social Fund for Development), Mr. / Reda El Taify (Misr Public Libraries Treasurer), Mr. / Riad Taher Radwan (Director of Misr Public Library) and Dr. / Osama Metwally (Director of projects and agreements, Egypt's Society for Culture and Development).

This is the second agreement to be implemented in collaboration with the Social Fund for Development and funded by the European Union (EU) and the World Bank to train one hundred and sixty five (165) youth from both sexes on (manufacturing energy-saving lamps - air conditioning and home appliances maintenance - manufacturing porcelain antiques and sculptures) in Greater Cairo and Qalubia governorates."
