Long live Egypt by education and health Initiative: event activities
Within the activities of Long Live Egypt by Education and health initiative adopted by Egypt's Society for Culture and Development (ESCD), two symposiums were held in education and health fields on Tuesday, 11/30/2016 at ESCD Headquarters, Heliopolis. The first symposium titled "Protection of Hepatitis C" presented by Prof. / Sameh Fakhry (digestive & liver Professor, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute) and the second symposium titled "sustainable training" presented by Dr. / Mahmoud Shalabi, human development expert.
ESCD was honored by the presence of Admiral / Mahmoud Khalifa, the former governor of the New Valley Governorate, and Dr. / Mohamed Yousif the former Minister of technical education and training.
The event was attended by ESCD Board and numbers of ESCD members, representatives of the Egyptian Food Bank, Tahya Misr Fund, Misr el Kheir Foundation and other civil societies interested in education and health fields.
As a conclusion to the event, Admiral / Mahmoud Khalifa delivered a speech on development and its relationship to education and health.
