The Cultural Center announced its annual competition in the art of painting for 2021
"Let's paint our antiquates"
Competition objectives:
Expressing the depth of Egyptian culture through the various monuments of Egypt and contemplating the aesthetics of the impact and its composition in a way that enhances the connection of young people and youth with their unique homeland through art.
Competition rubrics:
- Drawing on canson, nasebian, or ready-made canvas.
- Innovation in artistic work without copying.
- The participant is free to choose drawing tools, whether wooden pens, wax, water, oil … etc., provided that the size of the painting is 35 by 50 cm.
- The art pieces should not be folded.
- Artworks are recovered one week after the exhibition and award ceremony, and after that the Cultural Center is not considered responsible for the works.
- The full names are written on the back, the age, and the phone number of the father or mother for the children, in clear Arabic script.
- Schools send their contributions with a clear statement of the number of artworks and the names of the participants. The names and ages are written on the back of the works as well.
Submission deadline: Saturday, July 31, 2021
