Introduction:

Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Public Library is one of Egypt's Society for Culture and Development libraries' system, inaugurated on July 7^th, 1991, and was re-developed on July 18, 2000.

It is a leading developmental library stand at the forefront of working libraries in human development and community service fields.

Khalid Ibn Al Walid library provides a variety of information services; computer courses; languages; cultural, scientific and artistic activities to benefit all segments of the community.

  Human & skills development courses (children & adults)

• UCMAS: program to develop mental arithmetic skills for children.
• Human development programs for children (taking responsibility, self-confidence, determination, perseverance, time management, communication, setting goals).
