The educational services:

Zaiton center provides integrated education system under supervision of the ministry of education.

Medical insurance to the children in the educational departments

Kindergarten department:

Starting from 4 years age for children with simple mental disabilities and cerebral palsy. Teaching them curricula of the Ministry of Education in two levels of preparation for integration into general primary education. (23 beneficiaries).

Primary school:

Receiving Cerebral palsy children from 6 to 8 years with motion and lingual disabilities, providing the ministry of education school curricula to qualify them achieving the primary stage and then integrated them in the general preparatory stage. (30 beneficiaries)

School of intellectual education:

Educate children with mental disabilities from 6 to 18 years age, two years preparation followed by 6 years in the primary stage studying the ministry of education school curricula to qualify them achieving the primary certificate of intellectual education. (52 beneficiaries)

Vocational training department:

This department deals with people who have simple or moderate disability from 18 to 21 years age, they got vocational training based on the ministry of education school curricula to finally get the accredited certification.

The specialized Workshops are managed according to the student's tendencies and abilities.

Product  exhibition:

Zaiton center holds open exhibitions to sell the workshops' products inside and outside the center.

The computer lab and Multimedia lab:

Zaiton center works to use the electronic programs to simplify the educational process and the school curriculum of the other educational departments.

The library:

• Provide knowledge and culture within the school education program.
• Reading service, borrowing, current awareness, reference service.
• Specialized references in the field of people with special needs.

   

  Scientific cooperation:

• Provide research and training to the specialized researchers.
• Scientific cooperation with the universities, colleges and research centers.
• Practical application for the Master and PHD students.

   

  Activities department:

• Athletic, musical and artistic activities are provided through school schedule for the children in the educational department.
• Seminars, Lectures, Trips and Concerts.
• Art workshops, sports festivals.
• Sports competitions.
• Swimming practice and Scouting.
• Participation in the Special Olympics and community involvement.

   

  Summer  activities for the children:

• Zaiton center works to host children in different educational stages through dedicated summer program.
• The specialists nominate the children according to their achievement through rehabilitation programs.
• Psychological and academic evaluation is provided for the children by qualified psychologist and specialized supervisors.
